Poppy is becoming obsessed with "playing the violin"...
There's always a lot of this going on around here...
This is how she falls asleep every night. Surrounded by books and animals, arms always in an awkward position...
And when she woke up Sunday morning, I showed her what was on our front porch...
Yep, that's a picture of the two of us on the front page! A friend of mine works for the Buffalo News and asked if I would mind being interviewed about the process of choosing a school for your child to attend while living in the city. I did a short interview with the reporter over the phone and then they sent a photographer over to our house to take a few pics of us. We couldn't believe it made it onto the front page!!!
(I was nerdy enough to ask the photographer if I could take a picture of him taking a picture of Poppy)
After the big deal of the day wore off a little bit, we headed to the park for some playground fun...
We are loving this weather!
