Hockey games with Ty...

Birthday parties...

Hide and go seek...

{I love how Sam has no clue how to play, but he just follows Poppy around and does exactly what she does}

Static bed head...

Raiding treasure chests...

And in very, very, very exciting news, today we found out that Poppy has been accepted into the gifted and talented program at Olmsted elementary school.  Words can not even describe how proud we are of her.  Out of all of the schools we've been touring and looking into, we've always felt that this school would be the perfect fit for Poppy.  We received a letter in the mail today and when I read that she would be able to attend that school next year, I literally felt like I won the lottery.  So, so exciting.  The last year of attending open houses, researching and trying to make the best decision for her has been incredibly stressful and I am soooo glad it's finally over.

And of course we had to go out for some celebratory ice cream sundaes...
