First of all, I want to give a shout-out to Jenna at Serendipity Designs for designing my blog. If you're looking for a blog makeover, check her out - she did an awesome job!!!
We decided to head down to the waterfront for dinner tonight. They have a beautiful garden with hundreds and hundreds of different types of flowers (and each one is labeled!). Poppy was in her glory running up and down the aisles of flowers with her squeaky shoes. She was like a little celebrity because everyone was asking about her shoes. It was too funny.
She just loves to play with dirt, and eventually it always ends up in her mouth.

Love the new blog and header. Poppy is coming along so far now. She looks so cute with Daddy brushing her teeth. Anyway, Jeff didn't realize that our blog was not pw protected and now wants me to do this as well. He is furious. Wish me luck!
I think once our child comes home we will go passcode protected too. The only thing that stinks is trying to remember all these passcodes! Now you and Kristin are, so that's already 2!! Can we see a closeup of these shoes?
Love the photos! Especially the first one with the setting sun behind her, gorgeous. Sounds like you had a great time at the waterfront, Poppy certainly looks like she had fun!
i agree with chandra, the first pic rocks!
I love the new site!!! Poppy really is beautiful! You are doing such a great job (I can't say that enough). Poppy is so well adjusted and soooo happy!!!!!!!! I LOVE THE SHOES!!!!!!! And its not just her shoes that make her a celebrity its that adorable face and great personality!!!
GREAT photos! Isn't it amazing what pretty lighting can do?! Of course, when you have such a lovely subject, you can't go wrong!
I love the pictures. She is adorable and looks so happy. I love the pic where she has the surprised oh look. Make sure to keep us posted as we head back to school and you head to the front porch with Poppy!
What cute pictures. She looks so at ease and happy. She has adjusted so well with her wonderful parents. Keep up the good work. We missed you at Topsail. We needed Marc for the morning "towel wars".
I love the bracelet!!! She is so beautiful. Motherhood is exhausting, but absolutely worth every sleepless minute!
I have an identical picture of Jack running up and down the flower paths at the Marina when he first learned to walk....Ahhhh Memories. Poppy's gorgeous and I love the sunglasses.
The site is beautiful!! I love those squeeky shoes. I had a pair of squeeky sneakers for Kaneu and they were really helpful for keeping track of him in our house.
